Okay so sometime back when I started this blog I discussed not knowing how to let go. So I found this online, and thought maybe somebody somewhere could use it

Six Steps to Letting Go of Your Past:

  1. Write, talk, draw, paint, or otherwise tap into your thoughts and memories. Letting go of your past means honoring your memories.
  2. Let go of the emotions and feelings of painful memories by letting them wash over you – you'll feel horrible during, but relieved and peaceful afterwards. Let go of your past by reliving it.
  3. Go back and talk to the people involved, if possible. Letting go of your past can mean going back.
  4. Share your real feelings; confess if it's appropriate. Letting go of your past means expressing your emotions. If you have to deal with your mistakes, then own up to your shame or guilt.
  5. Apologize and ask forgiveness if you need to. Letting go of your past means being vulnerable.
  6. Get help with uncontrollable urges to overeat, get stoned or drunk, or otherwise hurt yourself. Letting go of your past means burying your pride.

Note: I am pretty sure that this might not work for everyone. I can honestly say that I have been through most of these steps. I can say that it has made me better and stronger. Its a start, moving you on the right track, the rest is up to you =) Always be willing to grow. Enjoy your journey.

I have realized that I am an OXY-MORON:

-I love black white and beige-I also Love bold colors (ie 120 count crayola crayons)
-I love medicine and endocrinology, and immunology, I equally love Law and Journalism
-I love Lady Like manners and etiquette- I also believe that well-behaved women rarely make history (i want to make history)
-I love simple but understand complex
-I love problem solving-apparantly i like to make problems as well
-I am Independent to some and completely dependent to others
-I think women are capable of doing anything men can do, but i am not a feminist
-I think on a personality test I use both my right and left brain equally

that is all

The Mable Project: Initiation- So I got my equipment. I will be fully installing snow leopard into my laptop and learning how to work i-tunes and use my mac to its fullest capability. I was like a little child opening up a brand new present on Christmas!

Dear Snow White (My macbook),

I still love you, even though you have a crack and I plan to do exceedingly great things with you yet. Don't feel unnoticed = )

Love,
Blank

To whom it may concern:

I bought a 13 inch macbook in 2007 and noticed a year later that there were hairline cracks along the palmrest. I did some research and found that many others had experienced the same problem. I took it in to the local apple store and had a mac genius replace the cover. Within months the cracks were back again, this time along the top. Recently, cracks have again started appearing in bottom left palmrest area.

I have not dropped, abused, or damaged my computer in any way. In fact I specifically took extra care to close the laptop as gently as I was shown at the store. I want to know what the best method is to fix this new hairline crack. I have moved to ____, _____ to complete pharmacy school and I am not near an Apple store.

I am very disappointed that this is a recurring problem, not just for me but for many others as well, and that no proper long-term solution has been provided for it. It is disheartening to spend a thousand or more dollars on something you are led to believe is sturdy, but find it to be so fragile. Please let me know what you can do to take care of this problem. I have already spent a lot of time, effort, and money trying to fix this and am not will spend any more. Since this is a recurring problem, I would like for Apple to resolve this issue free of charge.

I have just ordered a mac book pro, and have spent quite a bit of money on it. I sincerely hope the mac book pro will not give me such trouble.

Thanks
